If you forgot your password, enter your username AND select the Secret Question you chose at registration and enter the correct Secret Answer. Then click Submit. If you cannot remember your Secret Question or Answer, please contact the iCERT Portal Help Desk at OFLC.Portal@dol.gov to resend your password. Please provide them with your username (email address) and FEIN or phone number.

If you forgot your username which is your primary email address enter your company's or firm's FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) AND select the Secret Question you chose at registration and enter the correct Answer. Then click Submit. Or enter your company phone number that you entered at registration AND select the Secret Question you chose at registration and enter the correct Answer. Then click Submit. If you cannot remember your Secret Question or Answer, please contact the iCERT Portal Help Desk at OFLC.Portal@dol.gov to resend your username. Please provide them with your name, FEIN and/or phone number.
